PUFAs [Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids] - Current Status & Outlook by 2015

Polyunsaturated fatty acids [PUFAs] include DHA & EPA from fish oils and algae as well as GLA from plant oils. Within the past five years algal fermentation processes for DHA and ARA have been commercially established.
