Full-Fat Soya Flour - Current Status

Full-fat soya flour is traditionally used in bread but in recent years applications have been developed in various foods and animal feed.

In this study the applications of full-fat soya flour in food and animal feed are reviewed. Producers and production technology are determined and future opportunities determined.
